Well-advised from the outset!
Over the past years, we have been developing a modern range of resistance welding systems. Our particular focus here lay on CD welding technology. We now possess experience from over 300 individual projects with outstanding references. We have established a joining technology test centre, which we operate together with Harms und Wende in Oyten, to provide you with advice, for the performance of welding testing and ultimately also for the continuous development of our products.
Our guiding principles
Resistance welding and all associated pressure welding processes are economical and suitable for mass production. Current flows through the components and the electrical resistor heats up to the welding temperature. The geometry of the components and their positioning in relation to each other are therefore a significant element of the welding machine system.
Expert knowledge and experience are essential, in order to align the components with the technology for the selection of the welding system or for the configuration of the welding device.
